Lauren gets her love for cooking from her grandmother, Geraldine Langley. She had a café in Tatum, TX called Jerri's Café.

Lauren has always been a foodie. She started making salsa years ago and she had people telling her to sell it but she had 3 kids and a full time job. just too much on her plate. However, she kept making the salsa and people would continue to tell her that it needs to be sold.

Lauren first began by jarring it in her kitchen and giving it away. People would ask for a jar and she had a ton ready to go! So, we took a leap of faith and started to sell it!
